Whoo Hoo!! You're getting married
Your invitations are the first insight your guests have to your wedding, and we know you want to wow your guests at these early stages. So we work with you to produce the perfect set of stationery for your wedding! That is why all our designs can be adapted to suit your tastes and styles, and to produce something you won't find any where else!
Flexibility is really important to us, and this is why we let you choose your colours, your font, your wording. We can include your names, initials, or wedding date. Match colour schemes, themes, or create a design that you have only ever seen in your dreams, all at no extra charge. Everything is individually hand made to order, so there is no silly multiple ordering rules (if you only need 33 you only pay for 33!) Wherever possible, we encourage you to meet with us for an informal chat about the sort of wedding you are trying to achieve (e.g. vintage, classical, natural, bold etc.) so we can help you choose what would work best for you, please contact kelly@whitecrafts.com for more information.
Short of time? See how we can help!

Save the dates are not necessary for everyone, but they are great for ensuring that your guests do not book that holiday or plan that party on YOUR day! Give them plenty of notice with one of our save the dates.

The Order of Service is traditionally used in a church ceremony. It's main purpose is to give your guests the format of the service. It prompts guests to respond when required, will often list the wedding party, and will hold your hymns. An alternative to this is an 'Order of the Day' this will tell guests when/where drinks reception will take place, time of wedding breakfast, speeches etc. It helps bring structure to the running of the day

A table plan is an important part of your wedding reception. Your guests need to know where they are going to sit for your wedding breakfast. They serve a practical purpose of being clear and concise to inform guests of their desired seating place. But they are also a stunning feature and talking point for your guests. They often feature in the drinks reception area and guests will spend some time here taking in their surroundings, why not give them a beautiful feature that is not only informative but gorgeous too, matching with your colours/theme.

It is becoming more popular for you to ask for monetary donations or gift vouchers, towards home improvements or the honeymoon. Although a lovely idea you, and your guests, want to know that their hard earned cash is going to be safe. By providing a postbox it gives your guests a safe obvious place to post their congratulations and best wishes. This will then leave you, your wedding party, and your guests free to relax and enjoy your wedding knowing that you will safely receive your gift from them. Why take the risk of any going missing.

You will need to either name or number your tables so that your guest will know which table they are heading for. The signs need to be large enough to be easily seen on entry to the room but not so big that they block your centre pieces or other decorations. Your table name/numbers will stick out in the room, as this is part of their job (to be obvious and to make it clear which table is which) therefore it may be worth considering having these matching with your theme/colours so they don't stick out like an ugly sore thumb!

Your place cards will now direct your guest to their final destination for your wedding breakfast. You can have traditional style tent fold place cards, or if you are sort of space on the tables or are having long tables as apposed to round ones you might want to consider lifting them off the table to create more space. We can offer ones that sit on top of glasses, hang off glasses, or even attach to your favours.

Now that your guest is settled in their seat they will be taking in your centre pieces and table decorations, then their attention & conversation will move on your wedding breakfast. Even if you are not having a choice menu it is polite to let your guests know what they will be eating. Many reception venues can include these for you, however choose carefully as they may spoil the look and design you have for your tables.

A wish tree is a wonderful Dutch custom that can be substituted for the traditional guest book.
Dutch custom says that at the wedding reception a beautiful tree branch is to be decorated with paper leaves attached to pieces of colourful ribbon.
Guests write their special wish for the happy couple on their leaves, which they then hang on the tree
