Now that your guest is settled in their seat they will be taking in your centre pieces and table decorations, then their attention & conversation will move on your wedding breakfast. Even if you are not having a choice menu it is polite to let your guests know what they will be eating. Many reception venues can include these for you, however choose carefully as they may spoil the look and design you have for your tables. Hotels will have menu's, place cards etc in their colour schemes (not yours) and with their logo's e.g. Hilton will be blue, Celtic Manor will be red etc. etc.

This is the most popular menu we do, it helps eliminate lots of clutter on the table and won't hide small centre pieces.
This design can also be adapted to include your table name/number aswell, saving you space and money.

It is usual to have a minimun of 3 A5 size menus on each table so there is enough for all your share around and see easily.

These can come as little post cards, or on the reverse of the place card, these are only really neccessary for those who are having a choice menu and the guest has preordered their meal.

If food is not a major feature of your wedding day, then why not just have one menu outside the room with your table plan. |
